Using templates for your comments
You can create and save templates for your verification comments which can be used to provide the comment for future verification actions. To do this, enter the comment in the box as normal, then click the "Save template" button. You will then need to provide a name for your template and click the Save button in the controls that appear.
Note that templates saved when accepting records will only be available to select when accepting other records, likewise rejections, queries and redeterminations each have their own set of templates.
You can insert placeholders into the text which will be replaced by details about the current record, making your templates more flexible. Use the preview to check the behaviour of your template placeholders before saving the comment.
An example template might look like the following:
Thanks for your record of {{ taxon full name }} which has been {{ action }}.
